7S-tech collects personal information and sensitive data in order to provide business services. It cannot provide the service without the personal information of the individuals including their family members, if required.

We do not hold copies of passports, visas, Biometric Residence Permits, marriage & birth certificates, educational certificates etc. Some of the data requested is considered sensitive as it is related to criminal conviction and biometric data. This data is required by Government authorities to process and grant a visa to the individual. We seek to collect personal information that is required for the purpose.

We also provide follow-up services and in such cases we use the information we gathered and processed previously.

We process personal information in order to comply with our regulatory obligations and record-keeping requirements.

All the personal information shared, stored will be used only for the purpose mentioned above and will only be disclosed if required by law.

We ensure and maintain appropriate checks to safeguard and protect against loss, misuse, alteration of data.

Third parties who assist us in fulfilment of our services abide by applicable privacy and dats protection laws.

We retain personal information for the period we are providing our services; or as per the terms of our servicing contracts with corporate; or as agreed with clients; or as required by law and our regulator; and then delete all the records in date order.
